About the ball

Basket Bullet balls were created for people inspired by the lives of athletes. We wanted a product whose design stands out on the market, so the project focused heavily on a style inspired by the NBA.

Choosing the materials and refining the details and look of the balls took three years of development before the design was ready for production.

We wanted a ball for a broad market that, once in your hands, makes you wonder: is this a basketball or a medicine ball?

We hope it will make a wide range of medicine ball exercises a pleasure to perform.

History of medicine balls

Ancient drawings show the medicine ball over 3,000 years ago

Persian wrestlers trained with sand-filled bladders. The ball later reappeared in ancient Greece.

Hippocrates had animal skins stuffed so that patients could throw the ball for medical and rehabilitation purposes. That is why it was long known as the “health ball”.

Gladiators, in turn, used it to prepare for the arena.

Today

Medicine balls are now available in a wide range of weights, sizes and materials. They are used in training by athletes in basketball, football, baseball and martial arts, as well as by strongmen, CrossFit athletes and many others.

The range of exercises you can do with a medicine ball is limited mainly by your imagination, which is why it is such popular training equipment.
