Concept - Clock Line
The concept of Quincy Sport functional equipment was conceived in 2011 and combines passion, technology and a distinctive product style. Our products are available in 120 countries around the world.
The Quincy Sport team includes 7 Olympic medalists who share their decades of experience with users. Products from these lines are designed to meet the requirements of both professionals and those who are just beginning their adventure with functional training. Quincy Sport has prepared hundreds of low- and medium-difficulty exercises for users who cannot yet perform advanced exercises, while keeping the full range of options for professional athletes. All our equipment has been optimized for personal, circuit and group training.
An additional goal of the project was to enable users to individually configure all our equipment, taking into account their preferences and the space available in the gym. As a result, over 1000 individually tailored device configurations have been created.

Education
Along with all products from the Clock, Aquatic Ecosystem and Cross Competition lines, users receive a training package describing all the available training options. In addition, the Global Master Trainer can conduct training anywhere in the world, showing the capabilities of each piece of equipment and suggesting effective ways of using it for personal, group and circuit training.
Clock Line™
Clock Line is the first and flagship line of Quincy Sport products. It is based on the Iron Halo System™, which changes the way additional accessories and training components are mounted. Each device is equipped with a stainless-steel hourglass. The whole concept has been designed so that its elements together form a highly functional structure.

Iron Halo System™

The Iron Halo System™ (IHS™) is a mounting technology developed by Quincy for functional and strength training equipment.
Iron Halo System™ is made entirely of stainless steel, which gives it a long service life and a much higher load resistance than products made of ordinary steel. The system can be used in various ways, for example as a squat stand, a mechanism for attaching Quincy accessories, a tool for rope pulls and a rack for training accessories. Products with the Iron Halo System™ have no visible holes in their construction. In addition to the visual effect, IHS™ significantly increases the strength of the structural columns.
Quincy offers dozens of accessories dedicated to IHS™, with a compatible mounting system. Each accessory is inserted quickly, with a movement along a single axis.

Hourglass

The hourglass is a decorative element of the Clock device, but it also has several practical functions.
It is mounted above the climbing ropes and serves as a target the user has to reach and turn by climbing to the top. It can also be used in a competition between two users.
When mounted elsewhere, it can be used to time an entire workout for an individual or a whole group.
In circuit training, the hourglass is turned as a break between individual stations or entire series.
The hourglass measures exactly 1 hour.

The UHMW material protects the bar from damage. Safety Spotter Arms can be easily installed even by beginners - simply slide them into the Iron Halo System. They are sold in pairs.

Iron Halo Bar
The Iron Halo Bar can be installed on the rear side of the Iron Halo System and can be used in many ways. It is made of a thick-walled tube, which makes it strong enough for acrobatic exercises. At the customer’s request, we also varnish our products in all available RAL CLASSIC colors and in colors with the “HAMMER” texture.

Clock 12R: function and design
A different kind of training space
Many functional rigs look like industrial scaffolding. With the Clock 12R, the Quincy Sport team set out to combine form and function - a training rig that also gives your gym a distinctive look.
More about Clock 12R
Built for demanding training
The Clock 12R is a complete training system rather than a single piece of gym equipment. With the Iron Halo System™ spanning 9 columns, the structure handles everything from Olympic-level training to everyday workouts. The stainless steel construction is built for durability and long service life.
A multi-tool for functional training
The Clock 12R brings many training options together in one rig: two torso landmines, climbing boards, a fight bag system, a range of pull-up variations and monkey bars.
Developed with athletes
The Clock 12R was developed with input from seven Olympic medalists, who helped fine-tune the system. From the slanted ladder to the tri-trap bar, each component has been tested by athletes. The medicine ball reactor and wall ball target are positioned for a smooth training flow.
Versatility
Whether you run a professional training facility or are setting up an ambitious home gym, the Clock 12R adapts to your needs. With the Slastix™ Pro Resistance system from Stroops and integrated gymnastic rings, it is a training station that grows with your goals and that you will want to use every day.
Experience behind the design
The Clock Line™ is available in 120 countries and has been developed since 2011. The Clock 12R is the flagship model of the line, based on years of research, development and real-world testing.
For every level
While the Clock 12R meets the needs of professional athletes, it is accessible for users at any fitness level. The modular design lets trainers build progressive programs for beginners and experts alike.
Thoughtful design and materials
Integration and adaptability shape our approach to functional training. The Clock 12R reflects this, with durable materials and careful workmanship in every weld, joint and connection point.
