CONCEPT - CLOCK LINE
The concept of functional Quincy Sport equipment was conceived in 2011 and is a combination of passion, technology, and a unique style of products. Thanks to the synthesis of these features, our products are available in 120 countries around the world.
The Quincy Sport team includes 7 Olympic medalists, who want to share with users their decades of experience. Products from these lines are designed to meet the requirements of both professionals and those who are just beginning their adventure with functional training. According to research conducted in gyms, only 2% of people were able to do exercises that were dedicated to other constructions available on the market. Let’s be honest… What percentage of people you know can do 10 different exercises related to pull-ups on a bar? Quincy Sport has focused on the remaining 98%, and dedicated hundreds of low and medium difficulty exercises to this extensive group. Of course, all this was done without any losses for professional athletes. All our equipment has been optimised for personal, circuit, and group training.
An additional goal of the project was to enable users to individually configure all our equipment, taking into account their preferences and the space available in the gym. As a result, over 1000 individually tailored device configurations have been created, which have one common feature – unparalleled functionality.
EDUCATION
Along with all products from the Clock, Aquatic Ecosystem and Clock Competition lines, users receive a training package describing all the available training possibilities. In addition, the Global Master Trainer can conduct training anywhere in the world, where he will show the capabilities of each piece of equipment and suggest the most effective ways of using them for personal, group and circuit training.
Clock Line™
Clock Line is the first and the most exclusive line of Quincy Sport products. It is based on the Iron Halo System™, which has revolutionised the method of mounting additional accessories and training components. Each device is equipped with an hourglass made of stainless steel, which users describe as a work of art. IRON HALO SYSTEM™
IRON HALO SYSTEM™
The Iron Halo System™ (IHS™) is a technological breakthrough in functional and strength training equipment. It is certainly this technology that makes the products with IHS™ so popular among customers.
Iron Halo System™ is made entirely of stainless steel, thanks to which it has a tremendously long life span, as well as a much higher load resistance than in products made of ordinary steel. The arrangement of the system allows it to be used in various forms, for example, as a squat stand, a mechanism for attaching Quincy accessories, a tool for rope pulls, and as a rack for training accessories. Thanks to the application of the Iron Halo System™, products with this system do not contain any visible holes in their construction. In addition to the visual effect, IHS™ significantlyincreases the strength of structural columns.
Quincy offers dozens of accessories which are dedicated to IHS™ and have a compatible mounting system. Thanks to this system, each accessory is inserted extremely quickly and efficiently – by movement along a single axis.

HOURGLASS
HOURGLASS
The hourglass is a beautiful addition to the Clock device, but it also has several other functions.
It is mounted above the climbing ropes, and serves as a target the user has to reach and turn by climbing to the top. It can also be used in a competition for two users.
When mounted in other places, it can be used to measure the time of the entire training, for an individual or a whole group.
In circuit training, the hourglass functions as an element that should be turned as a break between particular stations or entire series.
The hourglass measures an equal 1 hour.

Plyometric Platform
The Plyo Platform by Quincy is used for lower body exercises – especially jumping exercises.
It is characterised by three main aspects:
1) It has no sharp edges, therefore there is no risk of injuring your tibia or knee due to a failed jump.
2) The user jumps on a soft pad absorbing the jump, not on a metal sheet or rubber.
3) The Plyo Platform can be easily installed even by beginners. All you have to do is smoothly insert it into the Iron Halo System.
Dip
Dip by Quincy is used for upper body exercises.
It is characterised by three main aspects:
1) It offers the possibility of doing exercises in 3 different width settings, which means users can choose the best setting for themselves.
2) Dip is made of strong rectangular profiles, which ensure safety and durability.
3) Dip can be easily installed even by beginners. All you have to do is smoothly insert it into the Iron Halo System.
Abdominal Muscle
Abdominal Muscle is used for abdominal exercises.
It is characterised by three main aspects:
1) 3 different hand position can be set and locked.
2) All dimensions were matched to the anatomy of the body, and the device has been tested by Olympic medalists.
3) Abdominal Muscle can be easily installed even by beginners. All you have to do is smoothly insert it into the Iron Halo System.
Abdominal Bench
The Abdominal Bench by Quincy is used for abdominal muscle exercises.
It is characterised by three main aspects:
1) The bench has a unique shape that matches the anatomy of the user’s body, and the final shape of the Abdominal Bench was created after numerous consultations with Olympic medalists.
2) The Abdominal Bench can be easily installed even by beginners. All you have to do is smoothly insert it into the Iron Halo System.
3) The product has wheels in its lower part which facilitate installation.
Put Off Single
Put Off Single is an original Quincy product. It is used for general-purpose fitness exercises with a medicine ball that cannot be done on any other device. Once installed in one of many different positions in the Iron Halo System, it provides the user a perfect place for speed and strength training. Put Off Single can be easily installed even by beginners. All you have to do is smoothly insert it into the Iron Halo System.

Safety Spotter Arms
Safety Spotter Arms by Quincy are the most powerful products of their type on the market and are used to ensure the user’s safety. Safety Spotter Arms are 2 feet (60 cm) long, which means they can be easily adjusted to different people and exercises. The UHMW material ensures that the bar is completely protected from damage. Safety Spotter Arms can be easily installed even by beginners. All you have to do is smoothly insert them into the Iron Halo System. Safety Spotter Arms are sold in pairs.
Iron Halo Bar
The Iron Halo Bar can be installed on the rear side of the Iron Halo System, and its functionality depends only on the user’s imagination. The device is made of a thick-walled tube, which makes it strong enough to withstand all the acrobatics performed on it. The Iron Halo Bar can be used for both the most complex acrobatic exercises as well as simple exercises such as low-angle push-ups. It is the perfect device for everyone.

IVE devices in the basic version are made of polished stainless steel, thanks to which we obtain a beautiful and extremely durable structure. The lack of additional varnishing also allows the product to maintain a perfect appearance for as long as possible, because in this way we eliminate all possible mechanical damage to the varnish coatings that can always occur in public utility products.
However, at the customer’s request, we varnish our products in all available RAL CLASSIC colors and colors with the “HAMMER” structure.
